Kelsey passed away on May 19, 2026, in Forney at the age of 33, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, kindness, creativity, and unwavering devotion to her family.

Born on November 5, 1992, in Oklahoma City, Kelsey lived a life centered around the people she loved most. She was the devoted wife of Shane Gallagher and a loving mother to their son, Kaladin, roles that brought her immense pride and happiness. Family members describe her as the heart of every gathering — someone whose laughter, generosity, and caring nature made others feel instantly welcomed and deeply valued.

Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and built a successful career in Human Resources within the cybersecurity industry. She worked at Forescout, where colleagues admired her intelligence, professionalism, and compassionate approach toward others. Those who worked beside her remember her not only for her dedication and talent, but also for the kindness and positivity she brought into the workplace every day.

Outside of her career, Kelsey found joy in creating meaningful moments with loved ones. She was an exceptional cook and baker whose meals and desserts became treasured parts of family celebrations and gatherings. Friends recall the warmth of her kitchen, where conversation, laughter, and love were always present. She also enjoyed puzzles, a hobby that reflected her thoughtful nature, patience, and sharp mind.

Kelsey was the cherished daughter of Kevin and Lori Wolf and a devoted sister to Shelby Wolf. Her close bond with her family remained one of the defining aspects of her life. She is survived by her husband, Shane Gallagher; her son, Kaladin; her parents, Kevin and Lori Wolf; her sister, Shelby Wolf; brother-in-law Cody Hastings; and her in-laws, Michael and Sheryl Gallagher.

A funeral service honoring the life of Kelsey Mackenzie Gallagher will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Though her life was far too short, Kelsey’s legacy of love, resilience, and compassion will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
